Build a useful opening-day checklist
Agree on the launch essentials: approved services, prices, images, contact details, opening hours and an active booking link. Your content readiness helps set a realistic schedule.
Website design for Irvine salons, nail businesses, estheticians and beauty studios. Make your services, location and appointment process clear, whether you are opening a studio or improving an established website.
A conversation first. A written scope before you commit.
For a beauty business inside a shopping center or a shared suite building, the street address may only be the beginning of the directions. We help Irvine owners explain the complete visit: which service to choose, how to book, where to arrive and what to expect. We also plan a launch or redesign around the booking and email tools your business already relies on.

Include the business’s real suite, building or shopping-center details. Keep the same business identity across the website and any local profiles included in your project.
Review domain access, email arrangements and the existing booking provider before launch. We coordinate website changes around those services and confirm any separately scoped migration work.
The starting website is $2,500 for up to five pages and one business location. Larger sites and custom features receive a fixed quote before work begins.
Explore the website serviceHosting, email subscriptions, domain renewal, booking software and applicable taxes are separate. Choose optional $150/month care or your own providers. Photography, extra pages and custom integrations are quoted separately.
Browse the skincare and nail studio concepts for ways to explain treatments, introduce a space and present appointment choices.
01 / TIME TO TALK
Your next set.
Down to the details.
Examples show possible design and feature ideas. Your proposal confirms the pages and functionality included in your project.
We can review your existing website, Google Business Profile and local listings, then recommend a focused cleanup or ongoing support. Your proposal identifies the work, costs and how we will review progress.
Explore local SEO & profile managementInitial on-page SEO is included in a new website. Ongoing SEO and profile management are separate, quoted services.
Diana guides the conversation, keeps the next step clear and helps you review the work.
Discuss your business, existing tools and priorities. Review the pages, scope, price and schedule before the project begins.
Develop one visual direction using your approved information and image plan, then work through two combined revision rounds.
Check layouts, forms and booking links. After approval and final payment, launch with a walkthrough and account handoff.
Yes. We can plan a site around confirmed opening information, or use a clearly labeled inquiry or interest form while appointments are not yet available. Tell us which details are final so the site does not imply you are already taking bookings.
We can review the business’s eligibility, existing profile and location details as a separate local-visibility project. Google sets the rules and may require verification. We use the business’s actual circumstances rather than promising a profile will be approved.
We review your domain and email setup before changing website records. Existing email can usually remain with its provider. A mailbox migration or wider account cleanup is separately scoped, and the proposal identifies what access and coordination are needed.
We coordinate the project by phone, email and online design reviews, with Diana as your point of contact. You approve the content and design, then receive a walkthrough of the finished site. Tell us if an in-person meeting is important so we can confirm arrangements before the project starts.
Your completed, paid-for website and business accounts belong to you, subject to any third-party licenses identified in your proposal. Ongoing agency support is optional. Hosting, domain renewal and any email or booking subscriptions still need to be maintained, either through your own providers or the services you choose.
Tell Diana what you have in mind. We’ll discuss your priorities and recommend a clear scope, price and next step.
