Do I need a membership to visit?

No. The concept offers one-time packages alongside monthly memberships. A real spa could also connect its single-treatment booking menu here.

How are appointments reserved?

A live website would connect the spa’s booking provider. Buying a membership or package does not automatically reserve an appointment.

What happens to an unused monthly visit?

In this example, one unused visit may carry into the next month and expires after that month. The membership cards explain the same rule before selection.

Can I cancel?

The sample memberships renew monthly with no minimum term. Cancellation is requested at least seven days before the next renewal. No membership is actually created on this concept site.
